Site Clearance in Guildford
Cleared in One Visit, Ready for the Next Trade.
Demolition rubble, hardcore, brick, concrete and green waste cleared from building sites and gardens. A trained operator does all the lifting, so your team can carry on working.
Site clearance
Site Clearance in Guildford, Explained.
A site clearance is the point where a job either keeps to programme or stalls. Demolition rubble, old hardcore, broken concrete, the timber and packaging from a strip-out, the green waste from clearing a plot: it all has to leave before the next trade can start, and it is far too much for a row of skips. A grab lorry clears it by the load, sixteen tonnes at a time, with our driver doing the lifting.
We clear building sites, garden plots and yards across Guildford, Godalming, Chobham and Bagshot for builders, main contractors, developers and homeowners. The arm reaches 7.6 metres over site hoardings and fences, so materials can be stacked where they are convenient for you rather than where a skip can be dropped.
Mixed loads are fine as long as the pile is kept free of the items we cannot carry. Everything goes to a licensed transfer station to be sorted and recycled, and a waste transfer note follows by email for your site records.

Good to know
Site Clearance, Your Questions Answered.
How much can you clear in one visit?
Up to sixteen tonnes a load on the eight-wheeler, and we can run several loads back to back on a bigger clearance. That is roughly what three eight-yard skips carry, done in a fraction of the time.
Can you take everything from a demolition?
Rubble, hardcore, brick, block, concrete, timber and green waste, yes. Asbestos must be handled by a specialist contractor, and plasterboard needs to be kept separate from the rubble.
Do you clear gardens as well as building sites?
Yes. Overgrown plots, old patios, sheds that have come down and the soil from levelling are all regular jobs for us.
How quickly can you clear a site?
Same day or next day where we can. For a site that cannot wait, our emergency grab hire service runs around the clock.
Do I get paperwork for the site file?
Yes. A waste transfer note is emailed for every load, carried under our Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier registration.
